主要研究水稻非生物逆境(干旱、盐碱、低温等)抗性的遗传和分子生物学基础以及重要抗逆基因的功能鉴定和利用。
● 建立了水稻后期抗旱研究设施和技术平台
● 开展水稻抗旱性分析和QTL定位
● 根据基因表达谱分析分离鉴定了一批抗旱相关基因
● 遗传转化功能已知抗逆基因提高水稻抗旱耐盐能力
近年来在Proc Natl Acad Sci USA, Plant cell, Plant Jouranl, Plant Physiology等国际权威杂志上发表40多篇学术论文。
