The tar file Defind.tar.gz is the source file of Defind, including Defind_4MAQ.pl and Defind4_SAMtools.pl.

An example dataset example_data.tar.gz is distributed to illustrate the usage of Defind. See Defind_User_Manual.doc for details.

The zip file supplementary.zip includes the supplementary figures and tables of this paper.

Defind is offered as open source software and is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3).
