Rice full-length cDNA database |
Introduction |
Full-length cDNA plays an essential role in the research of functional genomics. Our work is aimed to isolate full-length cDNAs in Minghui63, an elite indica line for hybrid rice in China. The first phase of this project is to isolate full-length cDNAs from our normalized cDNA library, which contains more than 60,000 clones. In the second phase, we will construct full-length enriched cDNA libraries from different tissues of rice, especially target to isolate the full-length cDNAs that KOME have not collected. Now 10,828 clones that primarily consider as full-length has been annotated and several trial full-length enriched cDNA libraries has been constructed |
